Question: What are your store hours?
Answer: We are closed Sunday – Tuesday. We are open Wednesday – Friday 3:30pm to 7:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Question: May I pick-up my order at the store?
Answer: Yes, but only on certain items. These items will give you that option when you select your shipping preferences.
Question: Do you stock everthing you sell online?
Answer: No we do not. Our store is not large enough to stock everything we need and you desire. We have 2 major suppliers within 1 hour of our location. This allows us a super fast supply chain.
Question: How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: Most items ship within 2-3 business days of the receipt of your order or payment. Please take our hours of operation into consideration.
Question: Is it legal to sell firearms online?
Answer: Yes it is. Provided we meet all licensing requirements and abide by local, state and federal laws and regulations. We do maintain these requirements and strive to remain in compliance with all laws and regulations. There are over 20,000 gun laws on the books. We can not possibly know them all. It is also your responsibility, as a buyer, to know and comply with the laws that directly pertain to you and your situation.
Question: How do I purchase a firearm from you?
Answer: First you must ensure that it is legal for you to own the firearm you wish to purchase. If you don’t know then contact your local law enforcement. Pick out your firearm and pay for your purchase. Contact your favorite gun shop and have them send a copy of thier FFL to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship your purchase to that FFL where you may pick-it up.
Question: I purchased a firearm and my local FFL tells me it’s illegal to own in my state or I failed the background check. What do I do?
Answer: Offer it to your FFL for sale. He may have a venue to sell it out of state legally. Your other option is to have your FFL ship it back to Dutchman Brass LLC. You will have to pay the return shipping and there is a 25% restocking fee. Once we have received the return, in good condition, we will refund your payment minus the fees.
Question: May I return ammunition?
Answer: No. We do not accept ammunition returns.
